Jay is a Managing Partner at Leonis Capital, a research-driven VC fund. Throughout Jay\'s investment career, he has led and/or served on the board of companies including Marqeta (NASDAQ: MQ), Hirevue (Acquired by NASDAQ: CG), Mixamo (Acquired by NASDAQ: ADBE), Sense (Acquired by NYSE: CLDR), Robust Wealth (Acquired by NASDAQ: PFG); Lowkey.gg (Acquired by Niantic), Workboard (Softbank, a16z, GGV), Lime (Uber, a16z, Bain), MaintainX (Bessemer, August Capital), Sleeper (a16z, General Catalyst), etc. Jay has supported investments in and managed a portfolio that includes Innoviz (NASDAQ: INVZ), Delhivery (IPO), Transwarp (Tencent, CICC), etc. Previously, Jay cofounded T Fund that focused on investing in global SaaS, applications and data infrastructure companies and venture funds. Prior to Walden, Jay was a Principal at Granite Ventures (ex- H&Q venture group), a premier San Francisco based VC firm that manages over $1 billion AUM.Jay is a contributor to and has been featured in media and publications including Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Venture Capital Journal, and Asian Venture Capital Journal; he is also an active mentor at universities including Harvard Business School, Stanford, Wharton, Tulane and Berkeley.
