Having been in IT for a number of years, I have had the opportunity to hold a wide range of positions and roles. Having started out in hardware repair and systems configuration, I then went into desktop and help desk support, eventually migrating into networking and network administration. My goal was always to move into management and have held roles as Network Operations Center Lead, as well as a Regional IS Manager covering 6 states, and then as an IT Director for a smaller company. Along the way I have also done web development and SEO, as well as IT consulting. Along with an ITIL Foundation Certification,(Practitioner pending), and the diversity of experience in IT, I am an excellent candidate for any company large or small in the role IT Manager.
