ABOUT JAY WOLFORD

Customer service is my passion. Working with our clients to give them all they deserve is my goal with every interaction. With my background in the collision repair industry, I am able to work with collision repair professionals on any level. I have a passion for the collision repair industry. I was born into it. My earliest memories are of sweeping my Dad\'s work stall when the broom was as big as I was. The constant challenge to stay educated in the tsunami of automotive technical change is exhilarating. My family is still in the automotive collision repair business with two locations in Northern Utah. With a strong technical background in automotive collision repair and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Accounting from USU, I understand and appreciate the challenge to operate a profitable business. Communication with our clients when they are having difficulty proceeding with a claim is my specialty. I am exceptionally proud to represent both State Farm Insurance and I-CAR. Both companies are the very best at what they do which is to always place drivers and passengers safety at the panicle of the repair process while following vehicle manufactures exacting specifications and recommendations.As a collision repair professional, I saw first-hand how State Farm Insurance handled auto claims. I have respect for all insurance companies. When narrowing my focus to the one who I wanted to align my insurance career with, I chose the one company who consistently allowed me as a collision repair professional to do what I had been trained to do without stepping in and dictating the repair process. Now with 20+ years as an insurance professional with State Farm and 35 years in the collision repair industry, I represent companies who place customer’s safety as the guiding principle in all decisions we make.
