I specialize in delivering results at the intersection of AI, C2, ISR, UAS, and net-centric warfare, turning complex challenges into fielded solutions that enhance decision advantage and mission readiness.As the Division Chief for Air Force Test & Evaluation Programs and chief of T&E Policy, I’ve directed strategic integration across 92 major acquisition programs, shaping $75B in defense investment in both US Air Force & US Space Force—including efforts in C2, JADC2, Digital Engineering and Modeling, AI, and C/O UAS/sUAS. My leadership has influenced policy and program execution from DAF, OSD, and Congressional Levels, ensuring operationally relevant capabilities reach warfighters faster and more effectively.I bring deep domain expertise in unmanned systems, battle management, AI-enabled techologies, and cross-domain integration, with a track record of uniting cross-functional teams—engineers, operators, executives, and international partners—to deliver scalable innovation.
