Work in an agile, fast paced engineering team to deliver customer driven web experience for account.microsoft.com (AMC)- a portal to manage your Microsoft consumer account and all your subscriptions. Serve as owner of Involuntary churn (subscription retention) metric for Microsoft 365 subscription. Set OKR for FY21 and FY22, and created customer obsessed and business driven feature/product roadmap for 2 fiscal years. Grew number of retained M365 subscriptions by 24% on AMC in FY21 through cross-group collaboration across Office, Xbox, Design, Marketing and Legal. Navigated highly matrixed cross-org dynamics to continue driving retention KR. Successfully managed and drove resolution of multiple engineering livesites and incidents worldwide to mitigate adverse impact and drive resolution across teams. Took appropriate steps to ensure that the incident was not just mitigated but also fixed in a manned that ensured future incidents do not happen. Maintaining a compliant Microsoft consumer email experience for all Microsoft subscriptions (M365, Xbox, MS Store sold 3P subs) worldwide by working closely with Marketing, Content, Business and Legal team. Driving the engineering migration of AMC from Angular to React, and using this as an opportunity to further improve the UX and drive our business metrics.
