   Principal (Lead) engineer for a multi-data center consolidation and upgrade of legacy systems to 2016/2019 - Lead several highly profitable projects for client onboarding and migration to company infrastructure - Work with cross-functional project teams to design/implement HA solutions using various technologies - Architect and manage multiple Microsoft technologies to include: Active Directory, Internet Information Server (IIS), System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM), SQL Server, Microsoft Failover Services, Threat Management Gateway (TMG)- Architect/define networks, firewall rules, routing, load balancing, reverse proxy, etc. for client connectivity - Provide technical documentation for project and operations teams as part of customer project deliverables - Work closely with virtualization team for deployment/management of servers into both Hyper V and VMware
