I’m a Senior Writer and Design Program Manager at Microsoft, where I bridge ideas through clear communication, foster communities, and help drive cultural shifts through the power of narrative. I believe storytelling, when used with intention, can illuminate diverse perspectives, close the gap between human motivations and technology, and spark change that matters.Beyond the workplace, I am a dancer, performer, teacher, and artistic director with over 20 years of experience. In dance, I’ve seen how the fusion of music and movement can stir emotion, inspire action, and forge meaningful connections across cultures. Having lived in both Singapore and the US, my deeply multicultural perspective shapes how I think, lead, and create. Whether I’m designing programs in tech or choreographing for the stage, I bring the same approach: curiosity, empathy, and a relentless drive to craft solutions that are both innovative and human-centered.
