Developed and implemented procedures to manage the handling and distribution of sensitive information. Assigned duties as the Project Engineer to include managing contractors in specification writing and engineering work for the living quarters, metocean analysis, seismic analysis, evaluating potential suppliers and developing the strategy and execution plan for asset security. Evaluating existing facilities security protocol and implementing applicable lessons learned into the overall procurement and execution plan ensuring that the identified risks were mitigated with the most efficient and effective design. Coordinated activities between the project team and operations team to ensure cost, schedule, budget and maintenance activities aligned to meet all required objectives for the facility.
