I am a serving officer in the Canadian Army Reserve and am the principal staff officer to the Canadian Army Commander on matters relating to harassment within the Army.I retired from the Regular Force in February 2023. However, I answered the Chief of Defence Staff\'s call to support stability in the face of the CAF\'s retention challenges. While not full-time, this position allows me to provide value to the soldiers of the Canadian Army in the Army Reserve.
