I am a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with a proven record of leading, developing, and empowering high‑performing teams in demanding, fast‑paced environments. Those same principles guide my work today as a senior workforce manager.Throughout my service, I was responsible for the training, readiness, and wellbeing of soldiers across diverse missions.
