With over 13 years of experience in sales, entertainment arts, and hospitality, I am a restaurant technology leader who specializes in launching and managing food and tech startups. I have a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction in fast-paced and dynamic industries.As the Vice President of Technology at Montclair Hospitality Group, I was responsible for planning, scheduling, and implementing restaurant technologies and providing ongoing support to over 14 restaurants on the East Coast. I\'ve led and strategized the implementation of culinary brands across multiple platforms, from quick service to full service restaurants and food halls. One of my proudest achievements was the milestone partnership between C3 by SBE, a food and tech startup that I helped launch during the height of COVID, and Chowly, a direct-to-order integration platform that executes C3\'s brands as \"ghost kitchens\". I have also managed the technology installation at Citizens Manhattan West, a culinary center in Manhattan that generates over $1M in monthly revenue.
