I bring a wealth of experience from various support projects, having started my career at Wipro\'s Delta Airlines project. I then progressed to a Project Engineer role, handling technical aspects such as system configurations and laptop troubleshooting, among other issues.Presently, I am working with PageSuite, where my passion for problem-solving is put to good use. My past experiences have given me substantial exposure and knowledge in the technical support field. This has solidified my foundation and sharpened my skills, which I apply daily in my current role to ensure smooth operations.Throughout my career, I\'ve thrived on the challenges presented in support roles and find great satisfaction in navigating complex scenarios to provide effective solutions. My continued aim is to learn and grow further in this field.Beyond my professional life, I\'m an open-minded and extroverted individual who relishes meeting new people and learning from different perspectives. Traveling is one of my passions that allows me to do just that, providing a balance to my busy professional life.As I continue in my journey, I look forward to leveraging my skills and experiences, keeping ahead with the latest technologies, and contributing in significant ways to future projects.
