As part of the COLAS Group\'s Continental Bitumen subsidiary, I am responsible for the smooth running of the bitumen supply chain for France and other European Union countries (Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany.).I am the operational interface for 188 sites (plants, asphalt plants.), our bitumen suppliers (TOTAL, ESSO, SHELL, REPSOL, CEPSA, PETROINEOS.) and French & foreign hauliers.• Follow-up and management of our sites Supply Requests (SR) with regard to purchasing instructions and collection plans negotiated with our suppliers.• Monitoring product and transport availability with our various suppliers and service providers.• Management of bitumen storage depots (Blaye depot in Bordeaux, Polyasphalt Nordbit depot in Dunkerque, Lavera depot in Montpellier).• Management and analysis of purchasing requests from our internal customers (depending on the type of bitumen).• Ongoing communication with our suppliers (refineries) and transporters.• Study of transport breakdown solutions at best cost/time• Verification of purchasing instructions • Regular analysis and reporting of consumption data by POWER BI• Monitoring and creation of KPI (evaluation of carrier performance by POWER BI)
