   Commercial Banker that specializes in working with privately held small to mid-sized businesses and multi-family owners throughout Southeastern WI. My primary responsibility is to connect my clients with the appropriate financial resources and opportunities that allows them to reach optimum business growth. I achieve this by utilizing a collaborative approach to first understand their business, what their short and long term goals are, and then develop a comprehensive banking strategy tailored specifically to reach those objectives. This includes an in depth review of their financing needs, taking advantage of treasury management solutions and leveraging both internal and external bank/business partners to help save them time and/or money.Specialties include but not limited to: Providing real estate and construction loans (including multi-family), working capital lines of credit, equipment notes, financing growth, and business acquisition & expansion loans. This includes access to capital via SBA enhancements, loan participations, gap financing as well as a full suite of treasury management services and strategic planning.
