This team is also charged with building the next-generation Application Platform, which will be the foundation on which teams build and deliver application-based products here at OM1. Along with product managers & customer success team members, I helped bring customer satisfaction levels from Yellow to Green with our existing application Updated my currents team scrum process to bring more clarity to the type of work being delivered and an understanding of team capacity Currently leading the team through Architectural and Technical design discussions to begin building our Application Platform
