Serves as subject matter expert (SME) and program manager in Personnel tagging, Tracking, and Locating (PTL); Specially selected Training Coordinator for CBP\'s Pre-Deployment Threat Assessment and Survival Course (PDTASC) on PTL training, operations and associated Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).• Providing direct support for the PMO, while working closely with the CBP Operational Support units upper Chain of Command in the CBP national headquarters located the Ronald Reagan Building. Work in training the National Law Enforcement Communications Center (NLECC), Border Patrol Special Operations Group watch center, and internal CBP components Personnel Recover designated personnel to ensure both front end and back end user training, policy compliance and that system requirements are met. • Responsible for managing, coordinating, and educating OCONUS US Embassy Regional Security Officers (RSO), Attaches on the CBP Commissioners Personnel Recovery Directive and Presidential Policy Directive (PPD-30). • Working directly with Field Service Representatives (FSR) SOG team to ensure PTL device installation and system integrated into the end user deployment cycles. Utilizes operational and management experiences to oversee the development of training requirements, and administrative processes to optimize the program\'s overall efficiency and reducing response times during emergency events. Travels to conduct education briefs to CBP and SOCOM participating units to assist with multiple pre-mission train up sessions for program selected units and personnel.
