I’m a digital and social media leader with 10+ years of experience building brands, audiences, and teams across Division I athletics, and now healthcare. I specialize in setting scalable strategies that translate into high-impact content, streamlined workflows, and measurable growth.Currently, I serve as Director of Social Media at Hartford HealthCare, where I lead enterprise-wide social strategy, oversee brand channels, and manage a team of social media specialists and content creators. My focus is on aligning storytelling, real-time engagement, and data-driven decision-making to support organizational priorities and community trust.Previously, I spent nearly a decade with UConn Athletics and the University of Connecticut, I established and grew the Creative Content department, managed multi-platform social strategies, and partnered closely with coaches, administrators, and external stakeholders. Highlights include launching the UConn+ platform and content initiative, developing OTT and distribution strategies, overseeing creative direction for a nationally recognized athletics brand, and training teams on emerging platforms and tools.Across roles, I’ve led teams through growth and change, managed large-scale content ecosystems, and used analytics and follower sentiment to continuously refine strategy. I’m especially passionate about mentoring creatives, building sustainable processes, and creating content that resonates authentically with diverse audiences.
