As an Analyst I in the Short Holding Time – Inorganic Chemistry department at Bureau Veritas, I am responsible for conducting time-sensitive chemical analyses in accordance with environmental testing standards and quality protocols. My core responsibilities include:Performing inorganic chemical testing on water, soil, and other environmental samples using standardized analytical methods.Preparing samples, reagents, and instruments to ensure accuracy and consistency in results.Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, Uv- Vis Spectrophotometer and PC Titrate.Following strict quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures to meet accreditation requirements.Documenting and reporting analytical data clearly and accurately within required timelines.Collaborating with lab teams to prioritize workflow and meet short holding time requirements efficiently.This role has deepened my technical expertise in environmental chemistry and strengthened my ability to work under pressure in a regulated laboratory setting.
