ABOUT JAY PUDDY
Jay Puddy is a property investment expert, specialising in buy to let investing. Focusing on investments that have minimal risks with great returns. A serial entrepreneur who started his first company at 23 in the mobile technology space which was later sold to a multi national business. He still continues to run a successful technology company after 22 years in the mobile industry. Jay started on his own property journey with his company, P&M Property, restoring run down properties across Greater Manchester, adding value to them through refurbishments and tenanting them to provide himself and his family with a passive income and a future pension. After building a multi million pound portfolio his attention turned to the lack of professional property management companies available. In 2011, he then built, with the help of a business partner and his wife, Abode Property Management (NW) Limited which is a Google rated 5* letting agency in Greater Manchester managing over 550 properties. In 2018 he teamed up with Christian Ribeiro to create Performance Property Group which focuses on helping sportsmen build property portfolios so that when they retire they have an income to fall back on whilst they consider their next career. With a deep-rooted passion for both restoring historic buildings and promoting environmental sustainability, he is enthusiastic about Passivhaus Retrofit and achieving net-zero energy goals in housing.
