I am a strategic finance and valuation professional with 15 years of experience across Big 4 deals advisory, private equity portfolio valuations, M&A transaction support, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), and regulatory and accounting-related valuation work. Over the course of my career, I have worked closely with sponsors, management teams, and leadership stakeholders to assess businesses, evaluate capital allocation choices, and support critical investment and transaction decisions.​My experience spans business valuation, financial modelling, portfolio fair value assessments, strategic advisory, and scenario analysis across sectors including infrastructure, renewables, financial services, automotive, and manufacturing. I have also worked across geographies including Singapore, the USA, Switzerland, and the Middle East, which has given me broad exposure to varied business environments and stakeholder expectations.​A key part of my work has been translating complex financial analysis into clear, decision-useful recommendations for CFOs, investment teams, and senior leadership. This has included supporting matters related to M&A, capital structure, portfolio monitoring, long-range planning, business planning reviews, and performance assessment.​I bring a combination of analytical depth, commercial judgment, and leadership experience developed through years of working on high-stakes engagements in fast-paced environments.
