Taking charge of preparing a finished production run tool for removal from the plastic injection molding machine.• Setting up the next tool, as well as the tools operators needed to finish the manufacturing order.• Making sure that injection molding machines, other machinery, and related automated systems are calibrated to satisfy regulatory criteria, quality requirements, and production targets.• Install and start molding equipment, interpret blueprints, and connect distinct devices like water and oil thermolator, and color feeders, and conveyor systems.• Monitoring and troubleshooting processing issues, performing preventive maintenance duties, and documenting process modifications are all part of the job.• Loading the required plastic resin to complete the production order. • Knowledgeable in specifying materials, costings, and processes as necessary.• Responsible for initiating the entire procedure and procuring the preliminary QC clearance.
