About Jay Nowlin
With 35+ years in commercial real estate, I have been fortunate to work on many sides of the industry. As a broker or principal, I have bought, sold, leased, represented properties and companies and their interests. The majority of my experience is concentrated in office and multi-family. Additionally, I have 18 years of commercial mortgage banking experience across all property types and US locations having placed over $3.0 billion in debt and equity. I have a BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Texas Christian University and am a licensed commercial broker in Texas.I relentlessly pursue innovative solutions that deliver exceptional value.
