I believe coaching and leadership are at a turning point.I see it in the conversations I’m having. Experienced coaches and change leaders who are capable, thoughtful, deeply trained, and yet quietly questioning what comes next.The tools still work, the frameworks still have value, but the world we coach in has changed. We’re living through systemic disruption (ecological, technological, cultural) and many of us feel called to support a new direction for change. Complexity has increased, and the stakes feel different.So the question becomes: how must we evolve?That question led me to found Sacred Changemakers and begin what I call The Coaching (R)evolution; an invitation to grow from practitioner to Sacred Changemaker.This isn’t about adding techniques. It’s about deepening resonance.Over the years, I’ve seen something clearly: if you don’t resonate, you can never truly be successful. You may build a business and gather clients, but without coherence between your inner life and outer leadership, something will feel strained, and others will feel it too.We are far more sensitive to frequency than we admit. Every room has a field. Every conversation carries a tone beneath the words. Our nervous systems read it instantly.Field sensitivity (sensing what’s happening beneath the surface) is no longer optional. It’s part of evolving leadership.Resonance is the integrity between who you are and how you lead.The steadiness people feel in your presence.The alignment between your values, voice, and business.It shows up in how we sit in a room, respond under pressure, and hold complexity without collapsing into certainty.It shapes the quality of presence we bring.The coherence between inner life and outer leadership.The capacity to hold tension without rushing to fix it.Expanding our capacity for change to unlock the wisdom inside individuals and groups.Through the Resonance Collective, the Sacred Changemakers podcast, and my writing, I work with coaches called into a wider role: people who care about the future beyond their lifetime and want their work to contribute to something regenerative, not just profitable.I don’t believe we must choose between purpose and prosperity, or between the individual and the collective.But I do believe we are being asked to evolve.Leading change isn’t just helping people navigate a broken system. It can help shape what comes next.If you feel that pull, you’re not alone.
