My experience includes acting for both landlord and tenants in managing their real estate portfolios including freehold and long-leasehold acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, property due diligence on corporate and banking transactions and real estate bulk acquisition/disposal projects.In 2014 I completed a 7.5 month secondment at TSB Bank plc. I was responsible for the transition of property transactions to TSB Bank plc arising as a result of the separation of TSB Bank plc from Lloyds Banking Group. During my time on secondment I worked with the property team and other key stakeholders within TSB to establish processes to facilitate the day to day operation of property transactions. I also managed the external law firms instructed on property transactions on behalf of TSB.
