Set up end-to-end Azure DevOps CI/CD (YAML build/test/deploy) for a Python service across Dev/UAT/Prod, standardizing releases and creating a reusable baseline for new repos. Drove consistency with three parameterized YAML templates (build, deploy UAT/Prod, orchestrator) in a shared templates repo; simplified maintenance/onboarding and presented the approach to leadership. Packaged the workflow as an Azure Pipelines job and sourced ServiceNow URLs/credentials from Variable Groups to eliminate in-code secrets, improve security, and enable reuse across teams.
