Just starting my journey working with the elderly has changed my perspective on life. They built this country and deserve to be treated with the utmost respect! I have shifted from caregiver to sales once again and enjoy every single interaction with them. In my previous life I spent the last 12 years in sales learning about the HVAC Industry. I am experienced in account management, customer service, customer retention and, time and territory management. I do very well at managing customer relationships by understanding the customers business needs, and can make an impact on driving sales growth as I provide full cycle customer service from contract to delivery.
