We provide subcontracting services to clients including: climate-change adaptation planning, groundwater modeling, hydrogeology, water resources research, environmental site assessment/remediation, and expert reports for litigation. Examples of our work include modeling groundwater rise caused by sea-level rise, designing a climate-change adaptation framework for coastal road infrastructure, groundwater flow and transport modeling at contaminated sites including Superfund sites, determining historical groundwater flow patterns and the timing of releases in California, Minnesota, Montana, New England, New Jersey, and New York. Groundwater contamination with petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, perchlorate, coal combustion residuals (CCRs), and NDMA, among other contaminants. We have used groundwater modeling to permit drinking water supplies and to evaluate disposal options at mining facilities.
