ABOUT JAYNA PETTERSEN
WHO I SERVE: Online service-based or creative entrepreneurs, corporate CEO’s, executive managers, pastors and ministry leaders who want to scale their reach, educate or on-board their employees, volunteers, clients or constituents while re-gaining their time and deepening their impact. WHAT I DO: I help my clients extend their impact and recover from overwhelm by developing highly engaging online courses to educate their audience and train trailblazing teams and volunteers. For busy CEO’s and HR professionals, I build internal corporate training delivered through online training courses to multiply their time and create a standardized talent management process, developed once to train all existing employees and rapidly on-board future new hires. For booked out service providers, online courses provide freedom and flexibility to transition from one-to-one services to a broader, one-to-many reach. For overwhelmed pastors and ministry leaders, I develop custom, tiered discipleship training to equip a steady stream of home group leaders and volunteers across all ministry areas to conserve their time while expanding their reach and impact. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: My Master of Arts in Global Leadership fully prepared me to assess adult learning and training needs from a diverse, multicultural perspective. My seminary training and 6 years on staff at a large, Christian church as both Director of Connections/Volunteers and Director of Home Groups enabled me to see the value of a highly trained volunteer workforce to move the mission of discipleship and Great Commission forward.WHAT RESULTS CAN YOU EXPECT:Once online training is in place, expect to save anywhere between 2-10 hours per week of NOT having to personally train new hires, volunteers or congregants one-on-one, while expanding the availability of training 24/7/365. HOW TO CONNECT: Feel free to reach out to me at j••••@coursebistro.com.
