About Jay M.
I\'ve been building products for 14 years. The first few were messy. The ones after that were less messy. The current ones are the most interesting.zazzy started as a design studio. Today it\'s a specialized B2B marketing agency - and the design thinking never left. We\'ve worked with Ford, Innov8, Stable Money, embibe (Reliance Jio), IIT Ropar, and a handful of Y Combinator companies. The kind of work where you have to understand the business before you touch the brand.Nuzzy is my bet on a category most people in India still underestimate. Around 42 million pets,$3.5 billion market, growing at 15% a year, and most of the infrastructure still runs on WhatsApp groups and word of mouth. We\'re building the tech layer this industry is missing for pet parents and for the businesses that serve them. Also the team behind PetYo — India\'s pet carnival, running since 2018.I think a lot about what makes brands stick, why most marketing doesn\'t work, and what it takes to build something that lasts in a market nobody\'s figured out yet.
