ABOUT JAYMIE SANTIAGO

Jaymie Santiago has been working health and human service issues around the state of New Jersey since 2004; bringing a multitude of experience and successes in every aspect of nonprofit operations, from fund development and personnel management, to the ultimate measure of success: community impact. He is an accomplished nonprofit professional with over a decade of executive leadership in public, private, and philanthropic organizations - with extensive experience with the development and implementation of institutional priorities; including, fund raising strategies, financial planning, multi-sector coordination and leadership, public speaking, and human resources. Because of his achievements and unique blend of pragmatism and passion, his advice is sought out by many organizations and cities throughout the State of New Jersey, providing thought leadership on tough issues (often on multiple priorities), while also having a pleasant and fun demeanor. Jaymie is an effective leader who is self-motivated and results oriented as demonstrated through strong work ethic and integrity. In his almost 20 year experience in the social sector, Jaymie shares about the importance of working collectively and strategically; forming a shared vision, focused on equity and justice, to create meaningful change.
