Operates multiple Digital Audio Workstations (SADiE / Pro Tools) and the final delivery of audio masters for broadcast, online digital distribution, CD manufacturing, vinyl mastering or archiving.ROLE:• Facilitates the day to day work flow by prioritizing multiple engineer schedules, balancing multiple project calendars and yearly budgets.• Oversees all financials including invoicing, accounts payables/receivables and payroll.• Coordinates outgoing production of digital and physical assets while acting as liaison between client and production facility (CD / Vinyl pressing plants etc).• Responsible for optimizing business processes and operational workflows to increase productivity and efficacy with long term goals to expand and develop operations.• Supervisor for The Bakery internship program.• Studio Events Coordinator (Studio/Lot Tours, executive listening parties, industry Q&A presentations).
