   Owner of the Small Projects General Contractor (SPGC) Program for the AMER region, overseeing a $200M annual portfolio across 9 campuses and all remote U.S. sites. Lead supplier management, program governance, and continuous improvement for annual construction projects. Mentor 10 site-level Program Managers and partner with manufacturing, facilities engineering, EHS, finance, supply chain, and business units to drive cost savings, schedule performance, and operational excellence.• Lead supplier management for two general contractors, driving accountability through weekly performance reviews, risk mitigation planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Rewrote quarterly supplier scorecard requirements with Procurement to strengthen expectations around cost savings, schedule adherence, and performance transparency.• Standardized Level 1 project milestones across suppliers to improve visibility into schedule performance.• Directed suppliers in developing Power BI dashboards; currently building an Intel-owned Smartsheet portfolio system to consolidate and standardize performance reporting.• Co-led global initiative with EMEA and APAC partners to revamp project governance; rewrote policy and created Smartsheet tool defining deliverables for every project type and phase.• Facilitate biweekly Shared Learning Forum for 10 Program Managers to align on policy changes, lessons learned, contract updates, and program risks.• Chair the Regional Construction Council and serve on the REWS Global Construction Forum, contributing to high-visibility project strategy.• Built Smartsheet dashboard for all projects over $1M, automating data collection and providing real-time scope, schedule, and budget status for 2026 global reporting.
