Responsible for overseeing operations of the restaurant, golf course, swimming pool, banquets and bar including monitoring inventory, staff development, recruiting, terminations, equipment and supply purchasing, P&L analysis, establishing budget: detail and analysis, training, banquet and catering: sales, detail, management. Responsible for food cost analysis and menu development; implementing safety guidelines, in compliance with all safety regulations as well as trained and certified in specific sectors of the Club. Duties also include cash handling and reconciliation, daily/weekly/monthly sales analysis, community development and involvement, guest satisfaction, performance evaluations, developing bonus structure and implementing pay increases. Building relationships with community leaders and businesses alike in an effort to help with the revitalization of Janesville and the surrounding areas.
