For me, leadership has always been about people first. I’m a Spokane Valley native, born and raised, a proud wife of 16 years to Arin Lamountain, and mom to three amazing children ages 11, 12, and 18. Family, community, and building meaningful relationships have always been at the center of who I am, both personally and professionally.As a local business owner, I currently help lead multiple growing businesses, including serving as Operations Manager for Bliss Coffee Co, where I oversee operations across 14 locations and support more than 150 employees. I also co-own Mountain Restoration and Protection with my husband, and together we recently became the proud new owners of The Pond Bar & Grill in Spokane Valley.My husband and I are incredibly excited to bring a fresh vision to The Pond—elevating the atmosphere, menu, and overall dining experience while creating something unique that our community has never experienced before. We are passionate about building spaces where people can gather, connect, and create memories.With more than 11 years of leadership and management experience, I have built my career around developing teams, retaining employees, improving culture, and driving operational excellence.
