Maplewood Firehall - Institutional -$49MA lump sum, post disaster, 4 storey steel and mass timber structure with separate full size steel prop training structures, residential (3 storey) and commercial (4 storey). This is the largest fire training facility in BC.Significant ground remediation was included in the original project where stone piles under the structure were to be installed. Due to a thick rocky layer which the stone piling rig could not penetrate the scope increased to include grout piles below with the stone piles from the top of the rock layer to the surface.LWS TI - Government -$6MA tenant improvement project for a space incorporating 3 government bodies, each having dedicated HVAC, electrical and security components. The space was over 2 levels with a portion of the space remaining occupied for the duration. Cobbs Bread - Commercial -$440kA fit out for a new franchise location for the Cobbs Bread chain. The project was executed in 6 weeks as requested by the franchise.UBC MOT - Institutional -$8MA tenant improvement for the Occupational Therapy Department, University of British Colombia. The work was carried out on Level 2 of an existing full capacity building. Lecture, demonstration rooms, lab space, student lounge as well as faculty offices/operations area were added.Lynn Creek Community & Recreation Center - Institutional -$8MA fit out of a concrete and steel shell building for the District of North Vancouver. The space consists of 3 Levels with a parkade below. Level 1 - Recreational space, multi-purpose rooms and washrooms, Level 2 - Full size NBA Basketball court, with half court nets and sockets for other sports, washroom room and shower facilities, TRX/Dance studio and office space. Level 3 - Day care with kitchenette and laundry facilities, a landscaped outdoor play area featuring rubber PIP surfacing, a gazebo and play equipment, slide, playhouse etc.
