With over 30 years experience in Commercial Lending, I have assisted countless Connecticut companies and commercial real estate investors with the financing they needed to thrive and grow. Chelsea Groton Bank is one of the few remaining mutual banks in CT. Over 150 years strong, we not only provide a full array of commercial financial services, but also support the CT towns, cities and regions we serve through our Foundation. We are actively seeking new commercial relationships and commercial property financing opportunities throughout the greater Hartford, New Haven and Shoreline CT markets. We lend in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We offer fully amortizing 20 or 25 year commercial mortgages with flexible prepayment terms!
