Also work in and knowledge of carrier rate negotiations, carrier contracts administration, directing freight bill audit projects. Coordination of assembled products, specialized carrier interaction and special projects. Monitors domestic and international shipping regulations. Proactively problem solve and communicate with appropriate departments when product or customer service issues arise. Coordinate and dispatch loads to freight carriers, remaining cost effective while meeting customer expectations. Fully competent in SAP, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Word. Also assist in general warehouse duties including being forklift certified.
