   As an Instructional Leader, I am tasked with supervising curriculum implementation to ensure academic rigor and faith integration. This year we implemented new curricula in Math, Science, and ELAR. During this transitional year, our year-over-year MAP Reading scores exceeded norms-projected growth at every grade level. I attribute this to our staff really making a concerted effort to use data to inform practice.As a spiritual leader, I promote and uphold the Catholic identity and mission of the school. In addition, I lead school-wide prayer, liturgies, and religious observances.I am an educator tasked with teaching student responsibility, service, and leadership rooted in Gospel values. We do this through direct instruction in social skills, student led prayer, and cleaning up for each other after lunch.
