I work with talented and motivated CDM Smith team members delivering impactful gloablly to identify new talented and motivated colleagues to do impactful work globally.I\'ve successfully recruited both technical and non-technical roles in the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia for Water, Environmental, Transportation, and Energy projects across donor portfolios (mostly KfW, GIZ, Millennium Challenge Corporation, Asian Development Bank, and the artist formerly known as USAID).Responsibilities Include:• Partner with the International Development Group\'s business development team to participate in the development and implementation of global and regional recruitment strategies.• Lead sourcing and recruitment to complement business strategy including active participation in pre-capture, capture planning and active proposal processes.• Support project implementation and delivery teams to lead recruitment for backfill and growth positions.• Maintaining excellent candidate management with identified candidates selected for proposals awaiting award. • Articulate CDM Smith’s history, projects and culture to ensure candidates have a great recruiting experience and are aware of the differentiators that make CDM Smith an employer of choice with a rich International Development history.
