The summer before college I started a job at Indiana University Foundation. At the time I had no idea how this would impact my future or what an opportunity this would turn out to be. Some 23 years later I\'m still here, leading and caring for an amazing advancement systems & operations team, and taking care of our alumni and donor data. MY ZING - I love putting operations and people together to create smooth processes and clear communication paths. I totally nerd out over process and procedure.
