As Vice President of the Black Business Student Association (BBSA), I play a key role in advancing the organization\'s mission to empower Black students in business. My responsibilities include:Leadership & Strategic Initiatives: Collaborating with the executive board to develop and execute initiatives that support 150+ members, driving academic, professional, and personal growth.Corporate Partnerships & Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with 10+ corporate partners, facilitating internship and job opportunities for members, and organizing industry networking events.Community & Member Engagement: Spearheading mentorship programs connecting 50+ members with successful Black business leaders, fostering career growth, and enhancing community impact through volunteer events.
