My name is Jaylen Worrell. I am a dedicated professional engineer with a background in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University. Growing up on the south side of Syracuse, I’ve experienced the importance of community and resilience. My expertise spans Avionics, Integration & Tests, Systems and Electrical engineering with specialized experience in electronic warfare (EW), focusing on innovative, reliable solutions and collaborative project delivery.In addition to engineering, I’m passionate about community engagement, financial literacy, and mental health.
