About Jaylen Segers

Jaylen Segers is a career professional who graduated from North Carolina Central University, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He is from Creedmoor, North Carolina, but grew up in Durham, NC for the majority of his life. Jaylen has worked in multiple environments over the years. He has primarily worked in the faith, community, and sports sectors. A huge component of Jaylen’s work has been centered around community engagement, specifically building and maintaining partnerships wherever he goes.Jaylen loves to communicate, engage, and interact with people. He envisions a career focused on the sports industry and building relationships within the community. Jaylen is also passionate about integrating sports with his Christian faith. Jaylen, in the long run, wants to become a pastor, a sports chaplain, a community advocate, and an entrepreneur to encourage and inspire the world around him to experience the transformative love of Jesus in various ways. Jaylen is always looking for opportunities to further learn, grow, and evolve as a thriving individual in his community.Jaylen is currently a Master of Divinity student at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. Jaylen has an emphasis of study in Youth, Family, and Culture.
