As a Dr. Anne Moses Fellow at IGNITE National, I led campus organizing efforts to establish and sustain IGNITE chapters, expanding youth political leadership and civic engagement. I designed and executed a fellowship evaluation project for its ten-year anniversary, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting interviews with past fellows, and providing recommendations that were integrated into our fundraising strategy. I secured a partnership with NYCLU that contributed to the introduction of legislation to end legacy admissions in New York’s State Senate. I also facilitated workshops on gender equity, voting rights, and civic engagement, including a voter registration drive with Glossier and the “Ignite The City Hall” event at NYC City Hall.
