I’ve spent the last several years helping scale Raise, building operational foundations that supported growth, product delivery, and customer success. Today, I’m focused on leading operations at SkillsProject, a new venture backed by Raise’s ownership group. At SkillsProject, we’re tackling one of the hardest problems in hiring: résumé inflation, AI-polished interviews, and the lack of clear proof of skill.
