I build ML/LLM products and platforms that scale: from first prototype to reliable, cost-efficient systems serving billions of requests, while also building the teams, processes, and governance to keep shipping.Today, I lead the central ML Engineering function at Qualtrics (ML platform, inference, and agentic infrastructure). I’ve helped transform XM workflows by embedding core ML/LLM + multi-agent capabilities across the product suite, scaling BERT and LLaMA-family models to large volumes with strong latency/reliability, and establishing reusable agent patterns. Earlier, I founded OpsRamp’s AIOps ML efforts (0→1), delivering alert correlation and prediction pipelines that materially reduced alert noise and improved incident response automation. I’m motivated by roles where I can drive research-grounded ML/LLM innovation, build high-leverage AI platforms, and grow orgs that move revenue, cost, and product differentiation.

   Jan 2024 — Present

   Built and led Qualtrics’ central ML Engineering org spanning ML platform, large-scale inference, and agentic infrastructure that powers AI products across the XM platform.Key highlights- Built and scaled the central AI inference platform running 20+ fine-tuned NLP/LLM models plus thousands of brand-specific predictive models, serving billions of daily inferences with high reliability/low latency- Defined technical strategy and roadmap for a multi-agent architecture (collaboration, planning/routing, memory/contextual adaptation over Qualtrics data)- Kept Qualtrics at the forefront of GenAI by defining the GenAI feature roadmap and establishing a unified pattern for AI-powered product development across the platform- Scaled BERT-based and LLaMA-family models to high volume; improved GPU utilization, latency, and reliability via batching, caching, and right-sizing- Designed and enforced AI/ML governance for data handling, security, access control, and model/agent launch readiness with Security/Legal/Product- Grew org from the first MLE to a multi-team function; hired/developed managers, tech leads, and ICs; established hiring guidelines, interview loops, and onboarding.
