   Responsible for three Citrix environments providing virtual applications and desktops to global users. Oversee incident and problem management and act as T3 escalation point; work with internal customers and other technical areas to plan and execute change requests. Design and implement operating procedures and automation. Collaborate with business stakeholders and other technologists in creation of roadmap. Member of Change Advisory Board, and teams which review incidents and problems. Responsible for global production deployments to Citrix and Windows Workstation environments. Create automated (SCCM or PowerShell) or virtual (App-V) packages. Perform requirements gathering and in-depth technical configuration/troubleshooting. Manage UAT, Change Management, production rollout, and collaborate with other teams for ongoing application support. Manage offshore team of 3 responsible for first level administration, support, and operations as well as application virtualization. Manage work queue – create, prioritize, and assign work items. Mentor and instruct the team. Review operational metrics to improve application launch times. Have managed and performed technical work on system and application implementations. Decreased average Citrix logon times by 11.45% through repeated analysis of user profiles. Managed migration to a new Citrix version and infrastructure that resulted in savings of per year and reduced Citrix server count by 36%; 2400 users were affected with no measurable impact. Successfully directed 3 outsource transitions of the Citrix and Application Packaging/SCCM areas. Developed and implemented automated patching process saving a minimum of 4-man hrs./week using PowerShell. Virtualized key Office 2007 applications enabling continuation of legacy business processes. Responsible for rollout of key applications (CRM, Trading, Billing) on time and on quality; recipient of 2 team awards.
