About Jay Kothari
Jay is an insolvency, restructuring and structured finance lawyer. He comes with a rich experience of having advised several stakeholders over various insolvency and liquidation processes. In the past half-decade, Jay has been part of several marquee deals, including the insolvency resolution of Reliance Capital Limited, Sintex-BAPL Limited and the on-going liquidation process of Jet Airways (India) Limited.
