Created industry-standard best practice communication materials and awards for provider practices to aid in improvement scores of the CAHPS/HOS patient experience studies, and, ultimately, improved Medicare reimbursement• Co-managed a fast-tracked process optimization study of the digital business, by conducting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research and made recommendations to senior leadership for immediate implementation
