Helping business users with any issue related to Cognos and Cognos system. Maintain current ad hoc report. Troubleshoot the issue which was reported by the business user. Maintain the Cognos cube and build the cube monthly by time base cube. Teaching business users to understand the Cognos. Tune up and monitor the Cognos server. Use the software “Fastedit” for data entry and management for Cognos Analytics. Monthly SSIS ETL data loading for the reports. Working closely with end users, data modelers, architects, data analysts and functional team to design business intelligence and operational reporting solutions. Design various kinds of customer/finance reports by using the report studio. Responsible for the support and maintenance of the Cognos BI enhancements and production related issue for the Business intelligence group to meet report and analysis needs of the business. worked on various kinds of prompts like value prompt, data and time prompt, cascading prompts, etc. Analyzed and fixed the issue related to Cognos 10.2.2 report. Build and maintain monthly time base data cube. Cognos Administration tool for maintaining the Cognos server and Cognos users’ control. Help the Business users with “Fast Edit” software for data modification. Generate the Customers’ daily report through Cognos SDK and deliver to share folder or bursting to Customer’s email. Maintain visualization report and dashboard/workspace. Monthly data loading/renew with SSIS, Oracle and SAP Hana. Assist customers with reporting issues in openpage, including creating new reports and debug the report errors.
